manufacturer of heritage food brands.
It was founded in 2003 to acquire Fox’s Confectionery from Northern Foods.
In 2006, having successfully turned Fox’s Confectionery into a growing business,
it made its second strategic acquisition, the business of Honey Monster Foods from PepsiCo International.
